Canadian Sport Institute Vancouver Athlete Intake - Diving

Congratulations on your nomination as a Provincial Development or Canadian Development athlete and eligibility for services from the Canadian Sport Institute!

Each newly nominated athlete must participate in the Athlete Intake before they are able to access Canadian Sport Institute benefits, programs, and support services.

This will be a 1 hour interactive presentation on what Canadian Sport Institute can offer to help athletes get on National Teams and Power Podium Performances.

Prior to your team's intake session on April 10, please ensure you have completed the steps outlined below:

Step 1:

• Complete the Athlete Agreement Form and return the entire Athlete Agreement, pages 1 and 2, via email to vancouverathletes@csipacific.ca

Step 2:

• Please email a headshot/picture of yourself that can be used for your CSI Pacific Athlete Card to vancouverathletes@csipacific.ca
  

Step 3:

• Attend the scheduled intake session on Wednesday, April 10
  

Provided you have completed all steps outlined above and subbmited the Athlete Agreement form and photo by 9am on Tuesday, April 9 you will recieve your CSI Athlete Card at the time of your team's scheduled meeting.
